Requirement
We were contacted by a long term contact of the team asking for candidates for their next Financial Director as their current FD was retiring.
Solution
Using our extensive experience in the South West we were able to contact some appropriate candidates that due to our dedication to building relationships with both our clients and candidates we were aware that they were quietly considering a career move. After talking through the advantages of the new role in a no pressure environment we were able to gather some interested candidates to send to our client.
Outcome
Several candidates’ information were sent to the client, who agreed that the majority of them were a good fit on paper. This resulted in some interviews which in turn resulted in a job offer for this role.
