We aim to entirely remove the transactional element all too frequently associated with recruitment- and build lasting relationships based on trust honesty and respect.
We treat each assignment individually, taking time to understand the environment and cultural fit needed as well as the skill set. We aim to partner with you through a recruitment process, listening to your needs and feeding back on the alternative strategies and approaches to market that we can offer. If we do not think we are the best solution for you, we will tell you rather than waste your time.
Meet the Founder
Kate John
Kate has almost two decade’s recruitment experience. After a successful 8 years within a large corporate recruiter she founded Kate John Associates seeing a gap in the market for a truly qualitative approach to recruitment- where ethics are at the forefront. She has successfully helped hundreds of candidates, with 80% of clients returning as repeat customers.
She has an exceptionally strong reputation in the market place, built on an authentic, consultative style and high delivery rate. Kate’s expertise lies within senior finance recruitment, offering both permanent and interim solutions. She has extensive experience working alongside both large corporates and SMEs, spending time to understand the company culture even when not recruiting in order to be best placed when a vacancy arises.
When not working, Kate is out and about in wellies or flip flops depending on the time of year, with her 8 year old daughter Lily and the bonkers family and office dog, Albie. We apologise in advance for any barking you may hear when you call!
